Each mentor will have 4-5 mentees from various majors. Working closely throughout the semester, each mentorship team is expected to develop key skills in the topic of its program.

We encourage linear hierarchy where mentors and mentees are interacting as equals. Through mutual exchange of experience and ideas, facilitated in the most convenient way for both parts, they enrich their college life and contribute to the well-being and success of the NU community.
