First Meetings

<aside> šŸ† Best Mentor Competition Throughout the program, we will monitor the performance of each mentorship team to select the top three mentors for recognition at our closing ceremony in April. The key criteria for evaluating mentors’ performance:

šŸ”¶Ā The number of after-meeting reports submitted by the mentor

šŸ”¶Ā The number of feedback forms submitted by the mentor's mentees after each meeting

šŸ”¶Ā The average satisfaction rating (0 to 5) given by mentees after each meeting

šŸ”¶Ā The number of times the mentorship team holds meetings off-campus

These criteria are intended to guide and inspire your efforts, but the most important aspect remains the mutual support and knowledge exchange between students
